GeoSeeker utilizes a geoelectrical method inspired by Schlumberger to gauge the apparent resistivity of the soil. This allows the detector to pinpoint underground water reservoirs, water-bearing substrates, groundwater levels, and even subterranean voids such as caves, tunnels, and chambers. With this capability, GeoSeeker metal detector serves as both a water locator and cavity detector.
